A diadem is a finely crafted, beautiful symbol of the sovereignty of a king. We’ve chosen it to represent our mission, to remind us of the big picture. We are here to build the Kingdom of God. All God's people are commissioned with living the good news of God’s love, joy, and peace. It is easy to get lost in the nitty gritty of daily life and lose sight of what our work means. It’s not always easy to see the gospel work in writing minutes or cleaning toilets. 

God has made each of us gifted in different ways. In fact, some of us are naturally gifted at never losing sight of the big picture and some of us are always going to be better at the granular details. When we work in concert together our work is better than anything we could accomplish alone. 

God’s Kingdom is a place of healing and sanctuary. It is a place of fruitfulness and joy. When we can help you bring healing, safety, abundance and joy to our work, we’ve brought a bit of God’s Kingdom to fruition. Showing the beauty of God’s Kingdom in our work here on earth is why Diadem Coaching exists.
